PURPOSE: The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)/Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is looking for efficient and effective ways reaching out to an array of stakeholders, including regional planning agencies, state department of transportation (DOT), universities, nonprofit and private sectors. SCOPE OR MISSION: The present contract aims to enhance TMIP outreach efforts. We seek for firms focusing principally on enhancing some of TMIP’s current Community of Practice activities.
