This is a non-personal services contract to provide conference/event planning support services equipment, and a venue for the 2023 Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Safety and Operations Discipline Seminar. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who, in turn is responsible to the Government as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards herein. The FHWA Office of Transportation Workforce Development and Technology (HIT) is hosting the 2023 FHWA Safety and Operations Discipline Support Seminar for employees in 2023. The discipline seminars provide technical learning and development opportunities to employees across FHWA with critical responsibilities for delivering the nation’s Federal-Aid/Federal Lands Highway programs. The facility must be located within a 35-mile radius of either BWI, DCA, or IAD airports (Washington D.C. area). As a result of this RFQ, FHWA anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. This is a total small business set-aside for NAICS 721110 Hotels.
