This Limited Sources Justification is for the renewal of Video Teleconference (VTC) integrated maintenance support based on the authority of FAR 8.405-6. The integrated video teleconferencing rooms at DOT are comprised of various equipment such as display systems, AMX touch panels, sound systems etc. The purchase of this support must be through Visual Systems Group, Inc. (VSGi) as they currently provide equipment coding, technical support, and equipment replacements through the current maintenance support. See attached Limited Sources Justification for detail.
