This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an unrestricted, non-set aside Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFP. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures as prescribed in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07. This solicitation’s North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 with an industry size standard of $16.5 Million A responsible offeror is one whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provisions and Clauses may be viewed and/or downloaded from http://www.acquisition.gov/far. All contractors must have a current active registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) at the time of proposal submission in order to be eligible to receive an award under this RFP.
