This procurement seeks to acquire a comprehensive web-based and mobile eDelivery construction management system that fully integrates all aspects of FLH’s program construction activities, including: engineering cost estimating, procurement and electronic bidding (ebidding), construction management, and construction documentation management. Amendment No. 00001 - See attached. Amendment No. 00002 - See attached. The purpose of solicitation amendment No. 00002 is to provide the due dates for Phase II questions and proposal submissions. Amendment No. 00003 - See attached. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to release the questions and answers received for the Phase II proposal submissions. This amendment also provides an update to Attachment 3.1 - Statement of Work.
