This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 with an industry size standard of $35M. This is a non-personal services contract to provide conference/event planning support services, equipment, and a venue for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Building the Foundation for Visionary Leadership (BFVL) Course. The FHWA Office of Human Resource Talent Development Division hosts an annual BFVL Course for 30 FHWA Employees and 15 FHWA Facilitators. If, as anticipated, the event is held in September 2021, future options will be the first week in June of 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Geographic Requirements: The facility shall be located within a 35-mile radius of either BWI, DCA, or IAD airports. Please see the attached Request for Quotation 693JJ321Q000041. Amendment 001 clarifies that in 2021, either the week of September 12-17 or the week of September 19-24 will be acceptable.
