This is a non-personal services contract to provide conference/event planning support services, equipment, and a venue for the 2022 Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Discipline Seminars. The seminars consist of a 2.5-day or 3-day conference with breakouts where participants and instructors learn and engage formally and informally during classroom time, non-classroom time, and during meals. The sessions will be held at an on-site residential conference facility, where lodging and conference rooms are co-located. The facility must be located within a 35-mile radius of either BWI, DCA, or IAD airports (Washington D.C. area). As a result of this RFQ, FHWA anticipates awarding a single or multiple award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order(s) with one cost reimbursable line item. This is a total small business set-aside for NAICS 721110 Hotels. The attached RFQ 693JJ322Q000038 provides detailed information on how to submit quotes.
