THE ATTACHMENT INCORRECTLY STATES AUGUST 5, 2020.*** Support research on why traffic crashes occur, as well as understanding what leads to the severity of injury outcomes. The research will support science and data driven approaches to develop countermeasures that counteract the factors that create a crash. The contractor shall furnish non-personal technical support services to perform the activities described under this contract titled, “Technical Support Services for the FHWA Office of Safety Research & Development.”
