This is a non-personal services contract to Investigate the Current Practices and Policies of State Highway Agency Bridge and Tunnel Units on the use of Deployment-ready NDE Technologies in Complementing Visual Bridge and Tunnel Safety Inspections. The contractor shall investigate and document the current practices and policies of State Highway Agency Bridge units on the use of deployment-ready NDE technologies in complementing visual bridge safety inspections. The investigation shall also identify the added value and the return on investment of using NDE technologies.
