The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Office of Transportation Performance Management has a requirement for Professional Education Certificates (PE)s for Data Analytics and Data Science related topics. FHWA is conducting a two-year online Data Science/Analysis learning pilot using off-the-shelf online courses. FHWA requires off-the-shelf online Data Science and Business Analytics course codes in bulk that can be distributed to FHWA’s State, MPO, and other public agency partners without a requirement to also subscribe to a whole course catalogue per each registered user. This unique flexibility will also allow FHWA to test this pilot with a wide variety of external stakeholders, making adjustments along the way.
