Amendment: Update quotation due date and add question cutoff date. The purpose of the contract is construct a pre-engineered steel building at the Tuner-Fairbank Highway Research Center in McLean, Virginia. The steel building will be between 26 ft wide,70 ft long, with a wall height between 14-16 ft and a roof pitch between 4:12 and 2:12. The building will be insulated, with 4-exterior doors, 10-windows, and 2-roll-up garage doors,12x12 ft. and 9x 8 ft. An inside area of the building will be framed with finishing to make an office, bathroom, and small electronics shop with HVAC for the partitioned areas. See Attachment for detail requirement.
