The ITS Joint Program Office seeks to accelerate replication of innovative transportation technology solutions by awarding up to five operational pilots. These pilots will test integrated solutions developed and deployed by the ITS4US Deployment Program, with each awardee developing, testing, and deploying solutions modeled on ITS4US documentation and associated open-source software. Awardees will form a deployer cohort and receive USDOT-funded technical support to accelerate implementation. The cohort model is intended to help awardees build faster, better, and cheaper through shared efforts and peer insights.
