Update 5/16/24: We have received several questions asking if there is an incumbent for this requirement. There is not an incumbent. This is a new requirement. Update 6/3/24: We received a question about the page limits for submissions and we are providing a response. Question: Could you please provide guidance on whether the cover letter and executive summary are excluded from the 10-page limit set for the capability statement? Answer: The 10 page limit applies to everything submitted other than the appendix for resumes. Accordingly, a cover letter and executive summary are subject to the 10 page limit.
