One (1) electronic copy should be submitted. Section 2. Introduction This is a SSN. It is NOT a solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information, for planning purposes: (1) regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to provide market demand advisory services in the areas described in Section 4 below and (2) to determine whether the availability and capability of qualified sources is reduced as a result of the Government’s needs and/or the Government’s potential conflicts policy. This notice does not solicit proposals. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this SSN. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SSN. Any information provided in response to this SSN may be used by the Government and should not be marked proprietary.
