The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of the FHWA Office of Bridges and Structures and the tactical needs of the bridge and tunnel program areas: • Steel Bridges • Concrete Bridges • Load Rating of Bridges and Tunnel Structures • Seismic and Multi-Hazard Resilience • Bridge and Tunnel Security • Bridge and Tunnel Safety Technology • Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composite Technology Projects shall develop technologies that address FHWA current strategic goals and objectives (FY 2022–2026).
