The FHWA Office of Acquisition and Grants Management contemplates award of a contract to accomplish the work described herein. The results of this sources sought/market research will assist to identify potential offerors having an interest in and the resources with the necessary capability and experience to accomplish the work and contribute to determining the method of procurement. This sources sought/market research will evaluate only the prime contractor or lead firm that submit a response. Please see attached Sources Sought Notice.
