FHWA is interested in receiving information from firms of all sizes. HEP supports the transportation planning process and serves as the key national convener playing a fundamental role in ensuring the Federal-Aid Highway Program is delivered consistent with existing laws, regulations, and policies and includes the efficient and effective management of public funds.
