The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting market research to determine if there are interested, capable, and qualified offerors in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, qualifications, and capability to perform the work described below. FHWA is contemplating making one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) awards for technical support services to support the FHWA ITS-JPO. ITS-JPO is seeking to identify entities with the breadth and depth of expertise and resources capable of performing in all subject areas of the Draft Statement of Work and to assist in delivering the ITS Program in the program areas listed in the attached sources sought notice.
