The United States Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals for the Complete Trip ITS4US Deployment program through the use of a Broad Agency Announcement. The Complete Trip - ITS4US Deployment Program is designed to bring publicly and privately sponsored research together to create large-scale, replicable deployments that generate increased multimodal mobility options for all travelers regardless of location, income, or disability. The Program will make available up to $40 million to enable communities to showcase innovative business partnerships, technologies, and practices that promote independent mobility for all travelers. This program is intended to have local partnerships develop and deploy integrated mobility solutions to achieve complete trips for all travelers. The questions received in response to this BAA and the Government's response is hereby attached to this posting. As stated in the general information of this posting, proposals under this BAA are due August 3rd, 2020 at 1pm, EST. All proposals must be submitted via email to ITS4USBAA@dot.gov.

This draft of the BAA is being posted to allow interested parties a preview of the anticipated procurement. The USDOT is seeking comments regarding this draft BAA, especially in regards to any interested party's ability to propose under the BAA. The USDOT is especially interested in determining whether an interested party's ability to propose has been impacted by COVID-19 and if so, how they will be impacted. If any interested party has any questions or comments regarding this BAA, if possible, please site the specific location within the BAA to which you are referring, including page numbers. Questions and comments received will be used to inform the final BAA. Individual responses to questions and comments may not be provided.
