Amendment 1 was published on 2026-09-15 to address a question received in response to this solicitation. The Department of Transportation (DOT) intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for non-core telecommunications environment, assets, and infrastructure Operation & Maintenance (O&M) support. The BPA covers services and supplies such as cabling and connectivity infrastructure, telecommunications closet management, asset inventory, moves/adds/changes of voice and data CPE, telecommunications environment management, and WAN CPE support. Supported areas include baseline Common Operating Environment support, IPTV, DAS, data center operations/DCIM, communications support, and wireless support. Non-core support services are also required at Stennis, MS, the Maritime Administration (MARAD) US Merchant Marine Academy, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and field sites.
