A single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be awarded for operation and maintenance (O&M) support of the Department of Transportation's (DOT) "non-core" telecommunications environment and infrastructure. The scope includes cabling and connectivity infrastructure, telecommunications closet management, asset inventory, moves/adds/changes (MAC) of voice and data customer premises equipment, environment management, Wide Area Network CPE, and related supplies. Support areas cover baseline operations, IPTV, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), data center operations, Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), communications, and wireless support. Performance locations specified include DOT-wide, Stennis, Mississippi; the Maritime Administration's (MARAD) US Merchant Marine Academy; Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) sites; and other field sites.
