Attachment 2 Past Performance Questionnaires attached and must be directly emailed by the Offeror's Past Perrformance example's POC to the durba.ray@dot.gov prior to the close of the RFP. It will be evaluated based on best value and Lowest Price Technically acceptable. RFP will close on July 18, 2025 at 2pm EST. All questions must be submitted by 7/14/2025, 1pm EST via email to durba.ray@dot.gov; cc bryant.fields.ctr@dot.gov. All Offerors must have an active registered SAM.gov account and must remain so throughout the term of the contract. Must have NAICS code 524210 in their SAM.gov reps and certs.
