The purpose of this amendment is to give notice that Solicitation No. 693JF725B000008, titled "Layberthing for two (2) CAPE R class RRF vessels, CAPE RACE and CAPE RISE and an optional third (3) CAPE RAY on the U.S. East Coast" is hereby canceled in its entirety. There will NOT be a bid opening on August 21, 2025 at 1400 EST for this solicitation. This cancellation is necessary to ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation policy and procedures pertaining to required government approvals prior to solicitation issuance.
