There will NOT be a bid opening at 1130 EDT on August 22, 2025 for this solicitation. This cancellation is necessary to ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation policy and procedures pertaining to required government approvals prior to solicitation issuance. Prospective bidders will have an opportunity to bid on any future re-solicitation or related requirements for similar services.
