Modify the type of contract resulting from this solicitation from fixed-price incentive (firm target) to firm-fixed price 2. Reduce the amount of liquidated damages required 3. Modify the anticipated award date 4. Extend proposal due dates to May 12, 2023. 5. Modify the contract line item (CLIN) structure to align phases of work with line items 6. Revise the language in the solicitation concerning invoicing procedures 7. Incorporate the amended Attachment 1 Fulton-Gibbs Refurbishment Statement of Work a. Scope related to fume hoods and exhaust systems in the welding and diesel labs has been removed b. Scope related to engineering studies has been removed c. Requirements for submission of cost data have been removed d. Brand name or equal language has been added (3.8 M) e. Language related to physical security has been updated (3.10) f. Language related to vehicle registration has been added (3.11) g. Scope related to the procurement of modular swing space has been removed h. Language related to roofing has been modified (4.1) i. Language related to flooring has been modified (4.2) j. Language related to windows has been modified (4.3) k. Language related to lighting has been modified (4.4) l. Language related to ceilings has been modified (4.6) m. Language related to painting has been modified (4.7) n. The attachments entitled "Ceiling-Floor Finishes" and “Material Specifications” are hereby added. 8. Incorporate the amended Attachment 2 Fulton-Gibbs Refurbishment Schedule Requirements 9.
