Incorporate the previously posted Q&As into the solicitation, and to 2. Confirm the NAICS code of 561210, as stated in the previously posted Q&As. This amendment does not extend the solicitation closing date. No new offers are being solicited or will be accepted for consideration. 10/24/2022 - The purpose of this solicitation is to provide logistics overhaul, configuration management, material management and spare parts procurement support services as described in section C to the RRF and the U.S. Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration, Division of Logistics Support (MAR-614). Much of the work to be performed under this contract requires an in-depth knowledge of the American Bureau of Shipping's Nautical Systems Enterprise (NSE) software. NSE and a few related software tools are referred to as the RRF Management System (RMS).
