The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking Tailor & Press Services for Midshipmen, faculty, and staff at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Please review the uploaded documents in the attachment/links section. Interested offerors shall submit proposal packages via e-mail to USMMAProposals@dot.gov. Amendment 0001 The purpose of the amendment is to upload responses to questions and site visit schedule. Site Visit Info Due to inquiries about conducting a site visit, a schedule is posted in regards to equipment and layout. Physical site visits are encouraged for this requirement to obtain adequate knowledge of the areas that will be serviced and for submission of an adequate proposal prior to the response due date. If offerors intend to sub-contract the project, the sub-contractor must also attend the site visit. All site visit attendees must adhere to USMMA regulations regarding COVID-19 protocols. A mask must be worn while on campus.
