The Maritime Administration seeks a licensed, qualified and experienced offerors with mechanical services for repair of one (1) hot water pump and replacement of three (3) hot water pumps serving two buildings at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy located in Kings Point, NY. Please review the attached documents thoroughly and provide a response if interested and capable of providing the full scope of services outlined. Site Visit Info A site visit schedule will be posted based on potential questions in regards to building layout of existing hot water pumps. Physical site visits are mandatory for this requirement to obtain adequate knowledge of the areas that will be serviced and for submission of an adequate proposal prior to the response due date. If offerors intend to sub-contract the project, the sub-contractor must also attend the site visit. All site visit attendees must adhere to USMMA regulations regarding COVID-19 protocols. A mask must be worn while on campus. Site Visit Schedule Date: Wednesday 2/16/2022 & Thursday 2/17/2022 Location: USMMA 300 Steamboat Road Kings Point, NY 11024 Time: 10:00am Site Visit POC: Edward Kaja Interested offerors that plan to attend either date are advised to forward an e-mail to Edward Kaja at kajae@usmma.edu and copy Nicole Price at nicole.price@dot.gov . Interested offerors must present identification at the Front Guard Entrance Booth (Guard Shack). The site visit POC will meet offerors at or near the guard shack.
