The Maritime Administration seeks a licensed, qualified and experienced pest control operator to perform integrated pest management services for food operations at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Site Visit schedule Dates: Wednesday 1/26/2022; Thursday 1/27/2022; and Wednesday 2/02/2022 (additional date) Location: USMMA 300 Steamboat Road Kings Point, NY 11024 Time: 10:00am Site Visit POC: Mitchell Glazer Interested offerors that plan to attend either date are advised to forward an e-mail to Mitchell Glazer at glazerm@usmma.edu and copy Nicole Price at nicole.price@dot.gov . Interested offerors must present identification at the Front Guard Entrance Booth (Guard Shack). The site visit POC will meet offerors at or near the guard shack. Note: Due to most responses to questions, it is apparent physical site visits are necessary for adequate proposal presentations prior to the response due date. This revised note is to affirm that site visits to the location are mandatory to obtain adequate knowledge of the areas that will be serviced. Offerors that attend either site visit must adhere to USMMA regulations regarding COVID-19 and wear a mask. If offerors intend to sub-contract the project, the sub-contractor must attend the site visit.
