The NAICS Code for this requirement is 238110 with a Small Business size standard of $16.5M. To be considered for award, offerors must have an active SAM.gov profile at the time of quote submission and the identified NAICS code must be included in their SAM.gov profile. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 4:30pm ET on Wednesday, September 20, 2022, to Contracting Specialist Katina L. Barham (katina.barham@dot.gov). Only electronic quotes will be accepted and considered for award. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Katina L. Barham no later than Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Questions need not be held until September 13! Every effort will be made to provide responses by Friday, September 16, 2022. Questions submitted after September 13, 2022, may not receive a response.
