The awardee will conduct a feasibility study on the future energy options (future alternative fuels and power options) for Great Lakes shipping. The cooperative agreement will be awarded to: International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT), UEI:LQK8WNJZEEK5, 1500 K St, NW, Suite 650,Washington, DC 20005, www.theicct.org in the amount of $350,000.00. Award Date: July 19, 2022. The anticipated period of performance for this cooperative agreement is 15 months from the date of award. The purpose for this amendment/modification is to upload Questions and Answers to this soliciation. The Maritime Administration (MARAD)/Office of Environment & Innovation/Maritime Environmental and Technical Assistance (META) program, is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) for conducting a feasibility study on the future energy options for Great Lakes Shipping. The work will be done by employing a multifactor approach to create a projection of the future energy options for the Great Lakes shipping industry. See RFP for all requirements
