Please review the attached documents thoroughly. If offerors are interested and capable, submit a proposal capable of providing the full scope of services outlined. (Note: The solicitation replaces Solicitation no. 693JF721R000024 that was cancelled). ALL QUESTIONS regarding this solicitation must be sent to the Lead CO and Procuring CO via email by 4:00pm October 25, 2021. The Government will make reasonable attempts to answer any question(s) received after the cut-off date. The Government may not extend the proposal due date because of any questions.
