Amendment 0005 to the RFP is hereby issued and the purpose of the amendment is to make the following changes to the Solicitation: to extend the response due date of this Solicitation to 2:00 P.M (EST) on Thursday, July 16, 2020; to extend the Closing Date for the submittal of questions, which are related to this Solicitation, to June 19, 2020; to state that the submission format and instructions for this Solicitation will be provided on or before July 1, 2020 via a subsequent amendment; to state that the changes, which are listed in Paragraphs (A), (B) and (C) of this Amendment, are captured in Sections L.1 and L.6 of this Solicitation and that the said changes appear in RED FONT for easy identification; and to state that page 2 to page 165 of this Amendment constitute the updated body of the Solicitation. Amendment 0003 to the RFP is hereby issued and the purpose of the amendment is as follows: 1. to extend the due date for proposals to Tuesday, June 16, 2020, 2pm local time; 2. to extend the cut-off for submission of questions to Wednesday June 3, 2020; and 3. to state that other provisions of the RFP remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 to the RFP is hereby issued; this Amendment (Amendment 0002) contains the updated body of the RFP, which captures all the changes that are listed in Paragraph (A) of the Amendment. Posted with this Amendment (Amendment 0002) is a document (693JF720R000010 Amend 0002 QAs.pdf), which contains the responses to some of the questions, which were received prior to the date of this Amendment. Amendment 0001 to this RFP is hereby issued which, at a minimum, extends the solicitation closing date to Friday, May 1, 2020, 2pm local time. Interested parties are responsible for reviewing the amendment in its entirety and providing acknowledgment of ALL amendments in accordance with block 11 of the SF-30 – “AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION/MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT.” THE NS SAVANNAH PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE SCHEDULED FOR 03/17 – 03/18/2020 IN BALTIMORE, MD HAS BEEN CHANGED AS FOLLOWS: The Pre-proposal conference briefing, scheduled for 1pm - 3pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, has been converted from in-person to 100% online via WebEx, at the same scheduled date and time. (WebEx information and agenda will be provided separately on March 17, 2020.) The walk through portion of the Pre-proposal conference has been postponed until further notice. Notice regarding future rescheduling of vessel walk throughs: At some point, it may be determined that walk throughs will not be rescheduled. As MARAD considers that possibility, we are interested in knowing how this could or would impact proposal preparation.
