Highway and/or Bridge Design and Engineering Services, other Engineering, Planning, and Architectural Services
The Federal Highway Administration (EFLHD) anticipates awarding up to four IDIQ contracts exclusively to small businesses for highway and bridge design and related engineering services across the continental U.S. and its territories. The total shared capacity for all contracts is $60 million, with a planned contract duration of five years. Work requires compatibility with specific software like OpenRoads and expertise with AASHTO policies. Each awarded contract has a minimum guaranteed amount of $100,000 over its life.
