The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD), anticipates awarding multiple awards, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQCs) for inspection and engineering services as related to consists of bridge, tunnel, and culvert inspections, investigations, inspection reports and associated engineering services. Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) undertakes this work for our Federal Partners, or Federal Land Management Agencies (FLMAs) and certain non-federal agencies for all the U.S. states and territories with a total capacity of $15 million. This acquisition will be solicited and awarded on a competitive basis and will be made under the North America Industry Classification Code 541330 and will be open to all business concerns. The planned duration for the contracts will be a total of five years, consisting of a base year period and four option periods. The small business size standard is $22.5 million. The work will include the following: The primary work will be predominantly inspection and engineering services consisting of bridge, tunnel, and culvert inspections, investigations, inspection reports and associated engineering services. Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) undertakes this work for our Federal Partners, or Federal Land Management Agencies (FLMAs) and certain non-federal agencies for all the U.S. states and territories. Contract actions will be solicited, evaluated, and awarded in accordance with Architect-Engineer selection procedures. Annual Representations and Certifications FAR 52.204-8, (May 2022). The Representations and Certifications must be filled-in online at: https://sam.gov/ Contract awards will be made to those offerors whose proposals are the highest rated. Proposals shall include sufficient detailed information to allow complete evaluation. The Government reserves the right to reject all offers. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about June 17, 2022. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ) nor is it the official solicitation. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. IMPORTANT PAYMENT REQUIREMENT In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart part 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time an offer is submitted.
