GuideS... The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division currently uses a Bentley software known as SignCAD for sign design and detailing. This software no longer meets the needs for our design requirements. GuideSIGN Pro, a Transoft Solutions product, has the capability to meet our current and future sign design and striping layout needs. Currently, the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division uses AutoTURN, another product of Transoft Solutions, for other engineering functions. The Western Federal Lands Highway Division and the Central Federal Lands Highway Division are also currently using AutoTURN and GuideSIGN together. GuideSIGN Pro is fully compatible with our CADD software. It is delivered with the latest MUTCD signs and allows special sign design. GuideSIGN Pro also includes pavement striping layout and measurement tools that are not available in our current sign design software and that is required by the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION INCORPORATES THE FOLLOWING ATTACHED PROVISIONS: 52.204-8 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS. 52.204-24 REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT. 52.204-26 COVERED TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES-REPRESENTATION. ***PROVISION 52.204-26 REQUIRES THAT OFFERORS REVIEW SAM PRIOR TO COMPLETING THEIR REQUIRED REPRESENTATIONS.
