The project covers pavement rehabilitation between mileposts 121 and 204 on the Natchez Trace Parkway in Attala, Choctaw, Leake, Madison, and Webster Counties, Mississippi, including ramps, access roads, parking/pull-off areas, full-depth reclamation, patching, milling, asphalt overlay, pavement marking, signing, and miscellaneous work. It will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the entire project expected to cost $60,000,000 to $70,000,000. The apparent successful bidder must submit a Project Labor Agreement prior to contract award that meets Executive Order 14063 and FAR Subpart 22.5 requirements. Bid documents are expected to be issued on or about November 20, 2026, and will be available via SAM.gov; solicitation documents will not be mailed. Prospective contractors must maintain active SAM registration when submitting an offer and at award, and certain non-small businesses must provide an approved subcontracting plan with specified small-business goals before award or close of negotiations.
