This is a Sources Sought notice to gauge the interest and capability of qualified small businesses for a potential future Design-Build contract to repair 36 landslide sites across Puerto Rico. The project involves completing designs, securing environmental and right-of-way approvals, and performing extensive construction work including embankment reconstruction and various retaining walls. The anticipated project budget is between $40,000,000 and $50,000,000, with performance located island-wide in Puerto Rico. A contract award is anticipated no earlier than the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027. Interested small business prime contractors must demonstrate significant relevant experience and a bonding capacity of $50 to $60 million for a single project.
