This is a Sources Sought notice to gauge the interest and capability of qualified small businesses for a potential future Design-Build contract to repair approximately 53 landslide sites across Puerto Rico. The project involves completing designs, securing environmental approvals, and performing construction work such as building various retaining walls and rehabilitating roadways. The Federal Highway Administration anticipates awarding the contract between 2026 and 2027, with an estimated project cost between $45 million and $55 million. The performance of all services will take place in Puerto Rico. Interested small business prime contractors must demonstrate significant relevant experience and the capability to bond for a single contract worth $50 to $60 million.
