Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This solicitation is for landslide and washout repairs across multiple highway locations in ten municipalities in Puerto Rico, with the work spanning the North and South Region C2. The project scope includes utility relocation, slope stabilization, drainage, pavement work, and other related construction. The total estimated project cost is between $10,000,000 and $15,000,000, and it will be split into multiple contract options. Performance of the work is specified for locations within the municipalities of Adjuntas, Aguas Buenas, Arecibo, Cayey, Coamo, Juana Díaz, Naguabo, Ponce, San Juan, and Yauco. Bid documents are scheduled to be issued on or about March 27, 2026.
