Sealed bids from certified HUBZone business concerns only will be accepted for the George Washington Memorial Parkway Project NP-GWMP 1(2), 2(4), Solicitation Number 693C73-19-B-000030, located in Fairfax and Arlington Counties, Virginia, Montgomery County, Maryland and Washington DC. The project consists of interim pavement repairs on George Washington Memorial Parkway north section from I-495 to Spout Run Parkway and Clara Barton Parkway from MacArthur Blvd to Chain Bridge Road. The work includes spot milling and overlay of 6 feet of travel lane, wedge and leveling patch areas, pavement markings and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bid documents should be issued on or about Jun 25, 2019. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation. IMPORTANT PAYMENT REQUIREMENT In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart part 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. PLEASE NOTE For security reasons, individuals requiring access to the EFLHD must present a valid photo ID and be escorted to their destination by a Government employee.
