Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge Project FW-ALRI 10(4), Solicitation Number 693C73-19-B-000027, located in Dare County, North Carolina. The project consists of raising the profile grade and aggregate resurfacing of 0.80-mile segment of Milltail Road and improving the conditions of Milltail Bridge. The work includes earthwork, aggregate base, aggregate surface coarse, guardrail, repairing exposed reinforcing steel, resealing expansion/relief joints, and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bid documents should be issued on or about July 15, 2019. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation.
