Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Monongahela National Forest Project WV ERFO FS 2016-1(4), Solicitation Number 693C73-19-B-000014, located in Webster County, West Virginia. The project consists of the reconstruction of multiple segments of Mainline Williams River Road (FS Route 86) Milepost from 8.0 to 11.1. The work includes embankment reconstruction, bridge removal and replacement, shoulder and ditch reconditioning, drainage improvement and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Contract Award/Notice to Proceed is subject to receipt of the State 401 Water Quality Certification. Bid documents should be issued on or about April 3, 2019. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be scheduled for all interested Contractors. The date and location will be specified in Section E of the Solicitation.
