The software also designs structures following AASHTO specifications, ACI and AISC building codes. This year, we want to add a more advanced version of SAP2000 called CSiBridge w/Rating which is a product that engineers can easily define complex bridge geometries, boundary conditions and load cases. The bridge models are defined parametrically, using terms that are familiar to bridge engineers such as layout lines, spans, bearings, abutments, bents, hinges and post?tensioning. The software creates spine, shell or solid object models that update automatically as the bridge definition parameters are changed. Computer and Structures, Inc., is the sole author and distributor of the SAP2000 software and CSiBridge, and is the only known authorized company that can provide technical assistance, software upgrades, and maintenance. The SAP2000 and CSiBridge software is the only software that can satisfy the Office of Federal Lands need for software that can perform finite element calculations in accordance with the load factor design method, and is compatible with ongoing projects at the three Federal Lands divisions.
