Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) requires dry-docking services for a patrol boat, the TD208, to be performed at the contractor's facility in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The vessel will be delivered to the contractor's location within three working days of a notice to proceed, barring delays. The Period of Performance for the dry-docking work is 45 days upon delivery. MARAD will retake custody of the vessel at the same facility after work completion and acceptance. A MARAD representative intends to be on site most production days.
