The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA, intends to solicit 2000 feet of Thermoplastic High- Temperature Oil- Resistance Flexible (THOF)-400 Shipboard Power Cable for the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF). Issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated for service and material to perform this work in accordance with specifications in the Statement of Work (SOW) -ATTACHMENT I. Quoters must submit detailed pricing for all material and shipping required to complete the work on the vendor quote.
