The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA is soliciting the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) to provide necessary surveyor attendance and ABS engineering/drawing review services required for the Training Ship State of Maine (TSSOM) to maintain vessel classification compliance. Issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated for services to perform this work in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
