Please see attachment. The Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for an open and inspection, cleaning, repairing, and testing services for four (4) portable transformers in accordance with attachment 1, Statement of work (SOW). Services to be provided for the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF) located at 2606 Harrison Road Fort Eustis VA 23604. Service shall take place at the contractor’s facility. Service for the inspection, cleaning and testing of the 4 portable transformers shall commence not later than 30 September 2022. A site visit will be held on Thursday August 4, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. ET at the JRRF. The POC is Keith Wiehrs and he can be reached via email at keith.wiehrs@dot.gov or via telephone at 757-322-5855. JRRF can only be accessed by entering Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE). For access to JBLE Ft.
