NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO THE AMERICAN BUREAU OF SHIPPING. The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA is soliciting the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) to provide necessary surveyor attendance and ABS engineering/drawing review services required for the Training Ship State of Maine (TSSOM) to maintain vessel classification compliance. Issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated for services to perform this work in accordance with specifications in the Statement of Work (SOW) - ATTACHMENT 1.
