KENNEDY - FY20 Annual Maintenance and Inspection of Cold Water Immersion Suits The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Potential Offeror/Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and services to accomplish the annual inspections, servicing and maintenance of 711 Kent model:1541 cold water immersion suits on board Training Ship KENNEDY located at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, 101 Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532, in accordance with the Statement of Work. All work shall be performed by the requirements of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). The requested period of performance is after award with completion by January 01, 2020. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. Maximum line of credit is $750,000 with interest at the prime rate, as published daily in the Wall Street Journal, plus 1.75 percent.
