The Maritime Administration is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for 2 (two), 1500 FT High Voltage Electric Cables for the James River Reserve Fleet located at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 423610, Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The small business size standard is 200 employees. There is no solicitation at this time. This is a request for capability information, not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. REQUIREMENT: The vendor would be responsible for providing the required items as well as delivery to the James River Reserve Fleet.
